The service

What LeadsDepot is

LeadsDepot is a marketplace for verified property enquiries. Property owners submit requirements; our desk verifies them on the phone; and businesses buy the ones that fit. You buy leads. You close your own deals.

What a lead is

Information to start a conversation — nothing more

A lead is an enquiry from a property owner — name, contact details, city, budget, timeline and requirement — that our verification desk has called and checked: the number is live, the budget and timeline are confirmed with the enquirer, and the requirement matches the brief it was listed under.

A lead is not a customer, not an appointment and not a promise of work. What happens after you make contact — your pitch, your pricing, your contract — is yours.

Pricing

Monthly plans, published

Two plans, every vertical, every city:

Shared — ₹12,000/month for 20 verified leads a month (₹600 each) — the same enquiry may be delivered to more than one firm.
Dedicated — ₹20,000/month for 10 verified exclusive leads a month (₹2,000 each) — sold to exactly one firm and never resold.

Plans are monthly and can be cancelled any time. Per-lead equivalents are shown on the pricing page.

Wallet

You pay from a pre-paid wallet

Add funds to your wallet when you want leads; each purchase debits the wallet at the published price. The balance is a credit for future leads — it carries no interest and cannot be exchanged back for cash.

Refunds

A bad lead never stays a paid lead

If a lead fails one of the invalid definitions within 48 hours of your purchase, your wallet is credited in full. The definitions and the claim process are on the refund policy page — they are the whole list, and we do not refund “didn’t convert”.

Accuracy

Verified at the time of the call — we cannot verify the future

Leads are verified when our desk makes its call. People change plans, budgets shift and numbers go quiet. We check everything on the list before a lead goes on sale; after that, the conversation is between you and the enquirer.

What we are not

Not a party to your contract with the end customer

LeadsDepot is not a party to any agreement between you and the customer whose enquiry you bought. We do not set your prices, supervise your work or share your obligations. We make no guarantee that a lead converts into business — the guarantee we make is about verification, not outcome.

Liability

Capped at what you paid us

To the extent permitted by law, LeadsDepot’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amounts you paidLeadsDepot for the leads concerned. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Governing law

Indian law, Indian courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
