Refund policy

A bad lead never stays a paid lead

The 48-hour promise, spelled out: what counts as invalid, how to claim, and how the credit reaches you.

The promise

Flag it within 48 hours. Qualifies? Full credit.

Every LeadsDepot lead is sold under one refund rule: if the lead fails one of the four definitions below, your wallet is credited in full — as policy, not a favour. You have 48 hours from the moment you buy the lead to claim.

What counts as invalid

Four definitions. The whole list.

Dead number

The number is unreachable, rings out, or is switched off.

Budget mismatch

The budget on the lead does not match what the enquirer confirmed on our call.

Wrong city

The requirement is outside the city or locality the lead was listed for.

Tyre-kicker

No genuine intent to start — browsing with no timeline and no authority to decide.

Flagged leads are re-checked by the same desk that verified them.

How to claim

One click in your portal — or one email

  1. 1.Open the lead in your portal and flag it — one click, no forms — within 48 hours of buying it.
  2. 2.If you cannot reach the portal, email hello@leadsdepot.in with the lead reference inside the same 48 hours.
  3. 3.Our desk re-checks the enquiry against the definitions above and tells you the outcome either way — no arguments, no chasing.

How you are paid

Straight back to your wallet

Approved refunds are credited to your LeadsDepot wallet — usable on any future lead, in any vertical, and the credit never expires. Refunds go back to the wallet rather than reversing to your bank or card; that is what keeps prices flat and credits instant.

What does not count

“Didn't convert” is not an invalid lead

The four definitions above are the whole list. A lead that is live, on-budget, in-city and genuine is a valid lead even if the conversation never becomes a deal — no outcome is guaranteed, as the terms say.

Fair use

Honest claims are never a problem

If refund claims from an account repeatedly do not match the definitions, we may pause the 48-hour promise on that account and talk it through before switching it back on. Claims that do match the definitions are always honoured.
